I feel the same way. In the last few games, when he's boned it bigtime on the basepaths, he's been able to make up for it at some point later in the ballgame. That's a good thing.

Kent still turns a good DP.

And DAMN what a throw by Furcal to Martin. Yeah the dude was safe, but Furcal was a third of the way into center field from the grass. If that throw hadn't curved the way it did, I think that might just have been an out.

That's pretty much what I was saying. But I'll tell you what...we'd be a ****LOAD worse off if we didn't have Furcal as the relay man. He's learned very well how to somewhat compensate for Whapee's noodle-arm.
