Milton Bradley was ejected from the San Diego game, Padres losing 5-1. Looks like that Milton Bradley prop plane might be coming back down to Earth yet again. Fun ride while it was up there though, wasn't it Catman?
Heh heh, I drove back from Mammoth on Monday and listened to the game on XM. Had to hear the Cubs' broadcast. Man, that Ron Santo is a HOMER!! after every Zambrano walk or Dodger hit (and there were lots of 'em) He would sigh. very heavily. and then say "oh boy oh boy" or "oh man". It was very funny to hear him sulk. He kept saying (about Loaiza, with the score 6-2 about to be 8-2) "I know WE can come back, WE can hit him, it's only his second game." base hit to make it 8-2, "oh boy, that really hurt US. They are not even hitting the ball hard. Geez" heh heh, it made the drive thru the desert great.
