So Manny's legacy gets tarnished because of boner medication. Awesome.
Per ESPN's TJ Quinn:
Manny tested positive for HCG.
HCG - Women's fertility drug typically used by steroid users to restart their body's natural testosterone production as they come off a steroid cycle.
However, the boner medicine might be related to steroids, as well, since artificial testosterone tends to rob a man from his sexual drive.
Manny's pregnant!

I blame Vic the Brick.
It'd be nice to have some facts as opposed to just "sources." Hopefully that's sooner than later.
OK< I'm sorry, I ain't buying this "I didn't know" ****. How hard is it to pick up the phone and ask, or look at a book that has the list of drugs you can't take? If he's so stupid he's on drugs without checking if he can have them, he deserves the punishment.
I don't care if my doctor put in writing that this was perfectly legal of MLB use, I'd double check. Goodbye $10 million
According to TJ Quinn,
HCG is a women's fert drug. It stimulates a man's testosterone production. It's a commonly used drug that steroid users take when they're coming off a steroid cycle or to give a man a testosterone boost of his own.
Apparently, he didn't test positive for it but they found that his testosterone level was elevated. When they started to look into why that was the case, they saw documents saying that he had taken it in the past and because of that, MLB suspended him.
Manny was going to appeal but at the last minute, he was gonna suspend his appeal and accept his punishment.
