    I still don't understand the point of this investigation. What does the public gain from knowing the names of "past" offenders? Are they going to punish these guys for using Roids or HGH in 2001? No, so why don't we just forget about it and start testing like crazy right now and write off the past 15-20 years as the steroid era? Am I missing something about the value of this report?

    That seems like a ridiculously lopsided deal in favor Boston. If I'm Minnesota, I'd insist Papelbon be in the deal.
