Win 6 games in a row = Manager of the year?
6 in a row, and they are still 6 under .500
lol sample size.
the point is that everyone and their brother knew it was coming. And there went another scoring chance.
They aren't in the NL West. The division race is over.
Big Deal...they have a $200 Million pay roll...they've beaten the Pale Hose, The M's, and KC...Look at those teams. They suck.
Then they have Los Doyers, the 'Stros, and the hapless Cubbies.
No Rangers...No A's...No Red Sox...No Yankees...just garbage...and they can beat garbage (well, except Houston...can't beat them)
8 in a row, and still cautiously excited at best. For the record, I'm still on the "fire Scioscia" boat.
Like Rogie mentioned, we have beaten the White Sox, Mariners, and Royals. Up next are the Dodgers, Astros, and Cubs. Honestly, no business losing to them either.
However, if the Angels can keep it going and win all these games... they'll have an 18 game winning streak going into Boston. If the Halos can defeat the Red Sox, Orioles, and Yankees then I'll lay off the Fire Scioscia crap. ;)
33 in a row! The Lakers did it in 1972...Halo bullpen aka dumpster fire...very scary.
Hahahahahahahaha Way to give up in May. The season ends in September.
