I'm not even worried about the Angels' pitching. Last season was a fluke. Everyone knows that.

Been a Halo fan for a loooong time. It all comes own to starting pitcher.

Weaver is a stud. CJ? 50/50 with him.

After that...who we got? Garrett Richards? Jerome Williams?

Don't tell me the Angels will win 100 games with the likes of Joe Blanton or Jason Vargas?

Oakland has the pitching...always has. Ugly ball park...500 miles of foul territory...and a 3,500 fan base (not counting those whistle blowing-drum beating-flag waving characters in RF).

This will be a great year for the Angels.

Angels renew Mike Trout for 2013 at $510,000. The team has control over Trout, who won't be arbitration eligible until 2015... Trout's agent is publicly voicing his displeasure with the lack of a raise awarded by the Angels, despite Trout's historic rookie season...

Seems to me the Angels could have avoided this whole PR fiasco by simply rewarding Trout with a raise of a few hundred thousand dollars...
