I don't want to jinx it... but, they've been more than impressive so far. Deep down I'm glad that GA is back on the DL... Willits is the sparkplug we need.

Concur. I cringe every time I hear that GA is back in the lineup. How many more years is he under contract? They should waive him.

Talk about rotten luck. The second he signs that $52 million dollar contract he suddenly comes down with an arthritic back. WTF?

Angels are on the hook for 11M this year, He signed a 5-year, $70M contract 2 or 3 years ago.

We're getting more bang for the buck w/ the measly $382k for Willits anyway

Poor Willits. 382k only. Imagine the amount GA is getting for sucking... Willits and his agent is going to start demanding about 22M per year then. =P

I was surprised at how tall Terry Evans was.

While it seems like most of you are allergic to the "like" button, I just want to personally say thanks for looking anyway.

I'm still feeling the cool breeze from those 3 mighty whiffs he took yesterday.

Stuff like this happens on every team in every sport. The biggest problem with this is that outside of the offensive stats you aren't getting anything else from Anderson. I don't care how many times Physioc and Hulder swing from GA's short and curlies while singing praises I don't believe GA to be much of a leader.

When Erstad was scoring $8million a season after his numbers tanked post 2000 at least you knew you were getting Gold Glove defensive regardless of what position you had him play. You had a great clubhouse guy and a spitfire leader. Not to mention that fact that Erstad stepped up his entire game in the playoffs EACH AND EVERY TIME. The only other player in the MLB that is as consistently good in the post season is Derek Jeter.

With GA what the hell do you get? Some guy loafing half-ass at a fly ball? I've seen him dive for a ball ONCE in his career and it was in a playoff game. I was leery of the contract he signed and can't wait to be rid of it.

What a great effing game tonight! It had everything - your team takes the early lead, loses it in the middle BAD, and comes back strong late for the time and the win.

1st star of the game - CHONEEEE - 6/6, 3 RBI, 1 run, 1 SB, and a couple of defensive gems.

...and is it just me, or has K-Rod put on some weight this last off-season...?

    THAT GAME WAS SICK

and yes....Francisco is looking a bit chubby.

Maybe one day I'll get my dream and Arte will fire Physioc and Hudler.
