I am sick.... just sick. All the pieces were in place... the crowd was loud, John Lackey pitched well, we scored first... we just cannot beat these guys.

I'm calling out Figgins. The guy is absolutely terrible in the postseason. The Angels' 2 through 5 hitters all had two hits, and our leadoff man Figgins goes 0-5 with a strikeout hat trick. If he could have got on base twice, it's most likely two more runs for the Angels and a completely different ballgame. OR if Kendrick could have come through in the 1st or 3rd, it's a big lead for the Halos.

Shields has been crap against Boston, that was no surprise tonight.

And just when it looked like Vlad was going to have an OK game, he goes and gets thrown out by a ball that made it to third a day ahead of him.

Figgins AND Vladdy need to be called out..... both have let this team down in this and prior postseasons. What do you do with Vlad when his contract is up?? resign him ?
