    I wonder if Colletti has even made a call to Texas about Mike Young. He's certainly not the answer to all our offensive problems but he's a better hitter than Casey Blake.

    Don't see anyway they deal for Young unless Texas picks up 2/3 of his contract. Would not be the right move at this point to lock up significant future payroll to a 34 year old infielder with declining defensive skills.. At 6-7 million per year I like Young a lot, but anything north of that would be a mistake that would limit future moves.
