Sands will be at LF tonight, Mattingly said he will also play at 1b against lefties.

Paul is DFA'd Dodgers have 10 days to trade or release him, or he can accept a minor league assignment after that.

Though he seems to be a 4th OF at best, I'm guessing that someone claims him or the Dodgers find a trade partner, though the return would be minimal.
