MLB Draft today. Dodgers get the number 16 pick. Of course, overrated Logan White will draft another high school pitcher.
Probably, here is out mock pick by Jonathan Mayo from MLB.com
16. Los Angeles Dodgers: Robert Stephenson, RHP, Alhambra HS, Calif.
Sometimes you hear a name associated so often with a team that you're a little wary of putting him there. But Stephenson is definitely in the mix and with other options like Anderson gone, the Dodgers could go this route. High schooler Joe Ross is another possibility.
He's taken 7 high-school pitchers in the first round, two (Kershaw, Billingsley) are the top starters on the team and one (Elbert) is currently in the bullpen. Zach Lee is only 1 year out of high-school and already considered an elite prospect. Miller washed out (though was one of the top 10 prospects in all of baseball), and Withrow and Martin have struggled a bit. Overall, I think his track record is pretty solid when you consider what a crap shoot the MLB draft is.
I will see you...in the next life
Loney should count as a high school pitcher since he was originally a pitcher - so it's safe to say that Logan is never interested in hitters. Yeah, bills and Kershaw have been great, but that's only two. Elbert is a late-blooming reliever and we're still not sure if he can keep this up. I just want a little change. I want a team built on offense and we worry about pitching later. The Phillies did it that way.
I also think our player development sucks. Andy LaRoche was supposed to be a steal being a 39th round pick. I'm just getting tired of our farm system failing to produce hitters. Kemp is an exception, of course. Loney was good. We never expected him to be a power hitter but we certainly expected him to hit for average. He can't even crack .300.

Keith Law on Chris Reed:
Reed adds a sharp, short slider in the 82-84 mph range to that fastball and will show a very hard-fading changeup in the upper 70s, throwing strikes with all three pitches but not yet showing the fastball command he'll need to start in the big leagues. He comes from a slot just under three-quarters and repeats his delivery well enough to start, although he could stay upright longer and get more downhill plane on the fastball.
I know it's not exciting but you truly can never have enough pitching.
