Got a chance to talk with former Dodger Dave Roberts briefly this morning on my jet from SAN to OAK. He's looking great and says he's 100% healthy. Nice, nice guy.

Damn, it's amazing how the Dodgers can make any mediocre team look like the 1927 Yankees. The sad thing is I wish the Dodgers were mediocre.

I don't know, the Angels has the Dodgers' number for a while now. Winning 7 out of the last 8 games in LA. Since Mike S came on board too.

Any Angel can be clutch against the Dodgers, even an overpaid piece of **** like Vernon Wells. Good thing I lost a lot of enthusiasm as a Dodger fan due to the ownership, so it doesn't hurt as much. Meanwhile the Dodgers had a chance to win the game with a base hit, but they get bailed out by a blown call by the ump. Dee was out.

Woohoo! Dodgers avoid a potential 0-6 record against Analslime. Thanks, home plate ump!

Yeah, that was a nice gift. I thought Gordon would have beat the throw easily, but he looked out. Scioscia was rightfully pissed, but as a Dodger fan I'll take a win anyway I can get it.

The MLB takeover countdown has begun, hopefully the league takes control this week.

Just such a horrible delay tactic by McCourt. This is a small small man. He should just swallow it and walk away already. HE is the only person who thinks he is still wanted by the Dodgers.

    It's just pathetic.

It's like watching the end of Return of the King....where you think every scene in the last hour is going to be the final one and it just....keeps.....going....

They owe 21 mil to Manny the Roid. 2 mil to Marquis Grissom (holy deferred compensation Batman, he last played for the them 9 years ago), 240k to the city of LA for business taxes, and 150k to Vin Scully.

When I saw the replay a second time, Mathis never tags Gordon. He has the ball in his glove, but no tag.
