Is it just me, or are the umps screwing the Dodgers on strike calls? If I watch that strike/ball square thingy, and it seems like we aren't getting any of the calls. Both games, more so today.

Puig is a rookie, they're were times where he thought he had it figured out during the season but the playoffs have shown he has a lot to learn, so I'm not sure what Ellis has to do with that

lets see a 270 hitter with minimal pop who is 3-9 in the series vs a guy that hit 319 and helped carry this team and expected to produce is 0-10 with 6 Ks, but its ok Puig sees more pitches, gotcha.
at this point every batter on this team is to blame, the pitchers have held their own but with no support this team is screwed.

Why do you expect the #5 hitter to produce more than the #2 hitter? I just don't see the point in singling out a guy who realistically should still be learning all of this stuff in the minors. All of the hitters did a terrible job today not just Puig. The playoffs have shown he has a lot to learn? He looked pretty damn good against Atlanta. It's two games.

Mark Ellis is garbage, Nick Punto is cancer, Michael Young is the ebola virus. Hurt or not, Hanley has to play because the backups are worst than a injured Hanley. The Dodgers are not out of it yet, but it doesn't look good. Donnie has to figure it out, once again his Dee Gordon loving job is on the line.

Getting swept by St Louis would give Kasten the perfect opportunity to clean house. He'd get to bring in a GM and Manager of his choosing.

A.J Ellis must be having the worst plane ride of his life tonight. To make things worse, that pitch was a strike according to the grid projection.

Hopefully they can pull off a comeback. Injuries are really killing us in this series. That and not being able to get hits when they have a chance to really score some runs.

I would hate losing this series. I will hate it even more if we don't retaliate for the Ramirez plunking.

Injuries really are the difference. It's really showcasing our paper thin bench. Schumaker and Punto are truly awful. I just can't believe the best available bat at the deadline was a washed up Michael Young.
