After reading the Dodgers article about Jones & Raffy being ready, I wouldn't doubt either seeing a late sub or two or seeing them play tomorrow.

Then keep Maza and Hu when Furcal is activated, make Sweeney the #5 outfielder for a few weeks, and fix Andruw. It doesn't make sense to have him postpone surgery from which he could be recovered by the all-star break just so he can continue to play hurt all year and be useless in September. I would say October but it's not looking good at this point.

As for the #5 starter, Park and Kuo have shown they can tread water (plus Schmidt or Loaiza when they are healthy) until Kershaw is actually ready - there's no need for Edwin Jackson part 2.

I think Hu should go down. He needs regular ABs.

As far as Sweeney playing OF, seems like an awful idea. To be honest do we even really need a 5th OF? Doesn't seem like that big a deal to me.
