Yeah... Jeff Kent really pulled everyone together.

Actually Manny's attitude infection I'm sure has played a role... obviously the players get a huge amount of credit for kicking it into gear.

This team was a total disaster for long stretches this season - Torre deserves a medal for turning absolute dog crap to dynamite. Someone else can decide whether it's a silver or a gold.
