Last I checked, the Dodgers MOVED on to the playoffs as well. Just sayin...
If that one playoff game to decide the Division Winner and Wild Card makes you feel better, you can have it. The fact remains that the Dodgers and Padres both made the playoffs with an 88-74 record.
