Why does this "knows how to win" cliche always come back around? The Red Sox players "know how to win" too, but unfortunately when two teams play only one team CAN win.

Read that. Most of the Angels were cracking jokes and not really caring after. Just John Lackey.

Erstad and Kennedy had leadership presence. That's what I want on the team when it matters in October.

While it seems like most of you are allergic to the "like" button, I just want to personally say thanks for looking anyway.

Cracking jokes when the team is winning is considering chemistry. Cracking jokes when the team is losing is considered apathy.

You do the math. It isn't the jokes. It's the fact you couldn't hit Boston's pitching. Read the title of that article you just posted: "Red Sox were just better than Angels."

When two great teams play, by definition one of them has to lose and it isn't usually because of a character deficiency regardless of the incredible human need to blame something.

He came up "small" in a big spot, but you could say they came up short again.

Either way, their Wang was certainly below average. They ended up yanking their Wang very early. Their Wang failed to rise to the occasion. Despite the rough start, Rodriguez and Jeter expressed that they still liked Wang.
