A-Rod to Dodgers and Kobe on the Lakers? Two drama queens in one town? Wow that would suck.

Imagine how expensive parking would be next year if the Dodgers signed A-Rod.

No question he's the best player in baseball, but last time I checked, baseball is a team sport. David Ortiz is a great player, but look at all of the support he got in the World Series for his teamates.

Wow those Texas Rangers sure were good when the best player in baseball (A-Rod) played there.

Same deal with the Kobe, great player, not the best team guy.

Still don't see it. Last time I checked, Boras was never a member of the Dodgers coaching staff and/or front office.

Which is exactly why I was so pissed off he was meddling in on-field decisions.

It must be Boras's fault also that we converted Gagne from a starter to a closer.

I don't think he was involved in that one. Was he even Gagne's agent at the time? I don't know that Boras would have been interested in a crappy starter until he became a star.

Doesn't make much sense since Boras always represents a ton of unproven prospects prior to the draft.

Like I said, I don't know either way in the Gagne case. Boras does expect teams to pay his "unproven prospects" as if they were established stars.

I do know he was too involved in making Dreifort a starter. I was pissed off because he was going way beyond what he should have been doing as a player agent.
