I'm not gonna convict him without more info but his eyes were blinking 5000 times per minute which isn't a good sign.

It was clear to even my 13 yr old son that he was lying. he couldn't keep his eye on one thing for than .214seconds. I bet the body language people are having a field day with this one today.
