Liverpool is gonna win it

It is deffinately a good opportunity for Liverpool, if they get Suarez and Caroll playing regularly they have IMO a squad that is equal to and better than most of the remaining teams. Villareal have a great team but have hit some patchy form of late.

I hate to sound like a complete *******, but watching Liverpool play soccer yesterday was like going to the dentist.

Napoli played well enough to win, just couldn't finish, either way that was a great game.

My picks to win are actually one of the two remaining Portuguese teams. Benfica and Porto are really ****ing good teams. That new Porto coach is dubbed the new 'special one' for a reason and Benfica raped Stuttgart yesterday.

I agree about the game but, no Gerrard, Skrtel, Johnson, Carragher, Maxi, Suarez and Caroll. I think they can do a lot better.

This brings me to my next rant, there is a chance of Euro success and Liverpool are resting nearly all their key players, it pxxxxs me off. What are they trying to achieve in the league? They will not get a top 4 slot so resting players to do well in the league and do what? Make the Europa league spot. FFS they are already in that, try your all to win that dumbasses..
Aston Villa spent how much trying to get in to Europe and then when they do, they rested nearly their whole team in the qualifying legs and got knocked out by a frigging Austrian team. It is almost like beating stoke, wolves et al has become more important than doing well in a cup competition.

Well Villa did it again, 8 changes to their team to produce a sxxx performance and get knocked out of the FA cup. Granted they are 5 points above relegation but if this is what premier league teams like Villa aspire to, essentially keeping their necks out of relegation then I would be pxxxxd as a Villa fan. Randy Lerner who has now spent a lot of money on Villa should tell Houllier to get realistic and try and win something.

Seriously they have now rested players in the Uefa, League cup and FA cup and still they are only 12th.

It's an annoying dilemma for sure. Just like the fact that most leagues are dominated by the top 2-4 teams every year.

Not sure how to fix any of it at this point...
