I'm watching all the soccer I can U17, Copa America, MLS and the WWC, there has been a lot of boring soccer but also a lot of interesting stuff happening.

In a sport which has a great deal many mollycoddled prima donnas who whine incessantly about "problems" whilst the rest of us have to deal with life in the real world. I would have to say step forward Mr Tevez for the award for biggest douche bag of the year so far.
This is a guy who has now given 3 conflicting reasons for needing to leave Manchester, whilst acting like Manchester is similar to Baghdad but only it has worse weather.
I hope they sit his ass in the reserves for the whole season.

Wtf is up with these moron players (like Cesc) who sign these long contract extensions and then want to leave a year or two into the deal? I would love to have Cesc back on Barcelona, but there are atleast two other Barca B players that are going to be better than him. Thiago Alcantara is the next star.
How is Coentrao worth 30 Million dollars??? Real Madrid are of their rocker, but what else is new.
This transfer system is CRAP. It's been CRAP. WTF!?!?!?!

Transfers and wages should have been capped a long time ago, it has just become nuts.
I have to agree about Cesc, I also am not sure that midfield is top of the pile of places to strengthen right now, although Mascherano did a good job covering at centre back I think they need a more permanent option there first.

USWNT played some uninspired ball and I guess got what they deserved, it was pretty funny reading some comments during the game along the lines of Lepeilbert being the female Bornstein and how Pia calls up favorites and is terrible with tactics, it sounded a lot like the USMNT threads, I guess its good to know that the WNT has now dropped to the level of the MNT

Copa America and Colombia are very fortunate that they weren't red carded for the Messi tackle, early on Colombia is playing rough defensively and are diving when they can.

and Colombia blows a wide open net, even I could have made that

Should have been a red card on Burdisso as well. Not sure how he didn't even get a card.
