I missed the game on Saturday, had to go to my god-daughter's birthday party.
I'm just tired of Newcastle just doing enough to stay up. Granted, I don't know much about the transfers they brought in. I'm really hoping they don't get relegated, but I'm concerned about where the goals are going to come from. BTW, I hate Mike Ashley. :)
I love Shola but I think your assessment of a poor mans Heskey is spot on. I dunno I have always like Ameobi, he's stuck by the club forever. I think he is class because he WAS a good premiership forward when he had Shearer with him AND he was healthy. He had Carroll, which he worked fantastically with at times..but we couldn't hold em. He has had a bad injury stretch the last couple seasons..and let's face it..Newcastle hasn't really put some prime help up front with him save Carroll.Quote:

I like that move for Boca. ASSE and the French league in general has gone down hill the last few years. Rangers are THE top flight club in Scotland. I mean i't sno EPL but it's going to be some quality playing time for him.
