The REAL issues is MLS scheduling games near FIFA INTERNATIONAL game dates. They know what those dates are well in advance. MLS needs to get on the international calender or continue to deal with the leagues star players being called up nad missing games.
Not a big deal early in the season but now it hurts teams in the playoff hunt. it really won't hurt the Galaxy this year

I wonder if he'll start any..

I predict he will play more games than the number of people who will actually care how many games he plays.

thatw as certainly a thing of beauty. It also all but guaranteed he will called to England for Brazil and the uro Cup qualifier. two more he'll miss in MLS.
Galaxy could still get some silverware from SuperLiga. Looks like the final will be at HDC Aug 29th

That through ball to Donovan was orgasmic.
The defender literally tripped over himself trying to cover Landon.
If anyone can take this team to the playoffs, it's Beckham.

This game was exactly what Beckham and the rest of the Galaxy needed. First goal, first assists, first card, first start, first win.
