The guys on Fox Football Fone-In said there was a big shakeup after Galaxy practice today and that Yallop was likely canned (pre-final). They offered little proof, though.

CNNSI is reporting that the Galaxy just hired Ruud Gullit as the new coach.

Agreed.

At the end of the day it's about quality soccer, not superstars. Just when I was on the threshold of becoming a genuine MLS supporter David Beckham comes to town and ruins it for the hardcore fans. Although I was behind the beckham acquisition at the time, I must say that I wish he had never left Real Mierda. It's going to take the LA GALAXY years to recover from this much like it took the LA Kings almost 2 decades to get over the whole Gretzky thing. no:

Unfortunately I hate CHIVAS Guadalajara, so that kind of makes it impossible to cross over...
