    Default LA Galaxy win MLS Cup (back to back)

    Didn't see anything about this on here.

    The LA Galaxy (in David Beckham's final game with the team) won the MLS Cup 2012 on Saturday. I was there to watch it, pretty fun... only my 2nd soccer game attended.

    They got to hold up the Philip Anschutz Trophy

    The weird thing is... AEG not only owns the Galaxy, they are also partial owners of the Houston Dynamo, the team they beat.

    LOL true but it's all in the "AEG Family"...

    2nd championship in L.A. this year... maybe the Lakers and Dodgers can make it 4?

    Trying to make this thread relevant for Kings hockey, so here goes:

    The Galaxy went back-to-back. Maybe the Kings can too. Of course, the Galaxy didn't have to overcome the Kings biggest obstacle at the moment: the lockout.

    I'd rather talk about Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in this HOCKEY forum than the LA Galaxy. Don't get me wrong I actually do like soccer but this section is called "Home Ice" not "Home Field".
