Well Tottenham have given permision for Berbatov to talk to Man City and he has just been spotted at United's training ground talking to Fergie.
Unless City do something like double or triple his wages it doesn't make much sense for him to go there. It would just be a lateral move otherwise.
Just read that story about Villa and Gomez. Wow. Making for an interesting day. If they can sign one of those two maybe Berba would have more of a reason to go.
On Wengers cheapness, they say he has 30 million to spend on one player if he wants it but he doesn't want to spend money just to spend it and is looking for the right player/players. If he doesn't bring in another good central midfielder like everyone agrees he needs to do then maybe something needs to be done. It can be an older guy to fill in until the Denilsons and Songs are ready.
