Cue the "Henry to Citeh" rumors to pop up during the winter transfer.

1) Henry has been a HUGE dissappointment for Barcelona
2) The new Citeh owner is supposedly a big fan

The sooner the better. I don't see it turning around anytime soon. Henry's way past his prime anyway.

Too bad the takeover didn't happen sooner. They bid £50m for Torres and made huge offers for Huntelaar and van Nistelrooy. And then you have this

Can you really turn that down? Get rid of a lot of debt and you can still buy two or three big money replacements.

I must agree. Look at the Yankees and the "Galactico" era in Real Madrid, having a team of superstars rarely ever win, hell look at Barcelona last year!

The Galaticos with Zidane, Ronaldo, and Figo won big trophies with Real Madrid, no?

ManCity's doesn't have to win everything to make themselves a global brand, which is where they are going to the majority of their revenues. Consistently staying in the hunt in major competitions(especially the Champions League) and making major signings will do that for them.
