Everyone but the goalies, left wingers, and Emile Heskey.

Still not convinced by England. I think Spain, Italy, France, and Germany can field a their reserve squad and beat them. I'll go as far and say that Argentina or Brazil's under 20 team can do the same.
And I'm not trying to be a dick either, I just really think they suck.

Individually, Rio Ferdinand, John Terry, Ashley Cole, Wayne Bridge, Steven Gerrard, Wayne Rooney, Joe Cole, Theo Walcott, are real talents. You can'y deny that Michael Owen, Paul Scholes, and David Beckham(although a little bit overhyped) weren't talented players either.
In the past, they've been a bunch of headless chickens because collectively, they have never been led by a manager with Capello's credentials and experience.
italy still has quality players in their squad but look what happened after Donadoni took over. Look at Portugal without Scolari.

That sucked donkey nads. Absolutely no discipline and concentration at the end. All the Gunners had to do was pass it around 2000 times and play keep away.
