Uh, while the defense has been great, no way that will be enough against RSL or Colorado. You can't win championships 0-0

words can't describe how painful that game was to watch.

I think saturday is Landon's last game before leaving for the gold cup, no?

JPA didn't make the trip, not sure if your reason was the cause, or merely because he's just an old man. :facepalm:

This give Lopez the chance to show what he can do. Becks will replace Birchall, for how long we don't know yet, but I'm sure he wont go 90. That's gets assuming that Stephens gets another start too.

Three 1-0 wins this week. At least Lopez finally scored. Perfect time for him to get going with Landycakes leaving. Nice to see them start getting all 3 points instead of the 1 they were getting out of them.

Yeah I agree as well. A win is a win no matter how many goals the team scores. But, I would like to see some more offense going forward tho.

Incredible saves off the line in stoppage time saved the Galaxy last night. And it was nice to see Lopez get his first MLS goal, and for it to be a game winner. And Becks is leading the league in assists...something we'll need more of with Landon off to the National team.

DCU on Friday night, was hoping to see Charlie Davies play, but looks like his injured hammy will keep him out.

Beckham sure does seem to be reacting to heckling fans in MLS doesn't he? If he keeps serving up balls like that, keep it up

with regards to JPA not being there, I was told he sent out this tweet saturday night:

Good God, most boring soccer game at the HDC last night in memory. The Galaxy didn't have a serious shot on goal all night, and United only had two. Landon's absence was pretty evident. But a number of guys just had bad games....I'm looking at you Barrett, Kirovski and Magee. At least the Galaxy didn't lose, their unbeaten streak is up to 7 games. But SHEESH, get some offense:facepalm:
