Wouldn't be a World Cup without Italy diving.

You would think refs might eventually get wise to it.....

He only has to watch one Chelsea game to know that Anelka can't play alone up front.

Maybe it wasn't in Domenech's astrology cards. LOL! That guy's so out of touch with reality. I totally back up all the players on this one. This is all so beautifully fitting in a way - Ireland's gotta be smiling at least a little bit at all this drama.

Brazil's crushing Ivory Coast. Fantastic teamwork, no surprise for Brazil.
I think it's funny all the drama going on in France. No surprise that Valentin said "**** this I'm out" lol

HAHA Brazil and Ivory Coast almost getting into an all out brawl! Kaka getting a red card too. That'll give Dunga a huge ****ing headache.

Brazil won't miss Kaka...
Paraguay needs some props for today's victory and jeez what a disappointment for African teams in this tournament. Looks like Ghana is the only team with a legit chance to make it to the next round.
Domenech should step down. The entire team and country don't respect you.
[EDIT]DeRossi (not Gilardino) with the beautiful dive in the box, what horsecrap. Very happy for the Kiwis.
C'mon Chile!!! I'm all about upsets now!

Again, a disappointing game.
Ivory Coast gives new meaning to the words "intent to injure" and Brazil only shows short glimpses of their skill.
But, seriously, what the **** is going on with the refs in this tournament? You get one game where every play "that normally happens" results in a yellow cards and players suspended because of that...and then you get games like this, with players trying to kill each other and the ref swallowing the whistle...I mean, it's natural to miss an offside-call from time to time...but this two-time handball by Fabiano? Tell me you didn't see that, ref. Or the whole intentional shinbone-kicking after that. No direct red cards? Kidding me....

Until FIFA embrace the modern era things will still be horrible for refs. Its not just the on the spot decisions. Its the retroactive ones too.....a ref makes a mistake but fifa allow it to stand.
Players should be punished for cheating after games and should have unfair red cards quashed.
A case in point being this sending off...

Fifa thinks they are defending refs but they are actually making it worse.
