I'm interested to see what happens with this Chelsea team. Many pundits were saying that this would probably be the swan song for many of these players. I wonder if losing the Champions League final will in away persuade them to stay.

Drogba has been linked to AC Milan, it would not surprise me to see him go. A big blow for Chelsea.

Sheva I think is on his way out, not sure where, I've read that he still loves Milan but do they need/want him? Not sure.

Also Frank Lampard has been lined with Inter Milan. But I think he will end up staying. Things could get interesting if Grant gets fired and Chelsea hire Mancini and Mourinho ends up with Inter.

Been meaning to ask Ivan, where are you from and who do you support. I think I know who all the regular soccer posters support except yourself. Great name btw, Red October one of my favorite movies!
Born in South Africa have European parents and live in Edinburgh Scotland. My team is a bit embarrasing.

    Norwich city

However my European team is Bayern Munich, my mother is from Munich so it was natural.

Sounds good. What's in store for Bayern Munich this summer?

Jurgen klinsmann is ditching your fair californian shores and taking over. He is untested at club level but does like a free flowing attacking style that should suit Ribery, Podolski, Klose and Luca Toni, a couple more good signings and they could make the Champions league quarters.

Well rumours still abound about Ronaldo, although last night he told an ITV pitch reporter after the game that he would stay, today he has told BBC 5 live that nothing is certain.

"The future of Cristiano Ronaldo was still unclear after Manchester United's Champions League triumph over Chelsea. in Moscow.

Winger Ronaldo, 23, has been repeatedly linked with a move to Real Madrid but United have insisted he is staying put.

Asked after the match where his future lay, Ronaldo told BBC TV: "I stay."

However, the Portuguese star then told Radio 5 Live: "I don't promise nothing. I don't promise nothing to my mum, I don't promise nothing to supporters."

Yea, I'm trying to ignore all those! United have survived big names leaving in the past, but to lose Ronaldo right now would be a devastating blow.

I think he'll stay for now but I don't think he'll end up being like Ryan Giggs or Paul Scholes and play for United for his entire career or so. I think he will end up with Real Madrid at some point, but he'll have to demand it.

Leaving Drogba is put up for sale and Avram heads for exit in bid to challenge United | Mail Online

I'm sure Chelsea fans are tired of Drogba's antics but he's a powerful presence up front and when he's in form a huge threat to any defense.
