Default World Cup 2018 in the USA?

Normal Rotation Could Put World Cup in United States in 2018 - washingtonpost.com

The United States has a good chance of hosting the 2018 World Cup if soccer's governing body adheres to its principle of rotating the massive sporting event continent to continent, FIFA President Sepp Blatter said Monday.

Good, hopefully the U.S. team by that time has a good coach that actually understands soccer. Unlike the retard in charge right now.

I think having the WC in the USA is great for everybody! (except for Mexico, but who cares???)

Not so bad for Mexico, they will pack stadiums like it is Mexico.

    Heh! Srsly.

As good as it would be for the US, I'm still hopeful that the dual host bid by the Netherlands and Belgium gets it for that cup or the one after A few weeks ago FIFA agreed to consider their bid again since they'll have a single governing body, unlike 2 separate ones like in S. Korea and Japan, which was a hassle. Fingers crossed!!! Seeing a Dutch WC game in Holland would be the highlight of my life!

I was talking about real Mexicans, not the ones that live in the states.

Like it really makes a difference. US citizen or not I'm Armenian if you ask me and if anyone else asks me. They probably think the same, in fact I know they do or they wouldn't be waving Mexican flags at Soldier Field or New Jersey like they did during the gold cup.

Me? Yeah I am talking about that which STILL makes Bradley a total ****n idiot. When Mexico brings guys like Carlos Vela off the bench (plays for arsenal btw) and you are stuck with a c team you are an idiot coach. Mexico was pretty much dead in the water with VERY little confidence. Now come August 12th when it matters it doesn't matter who the US has playing at the azteca, Mexico will be pumped and confident. They coulda squashed that team like a bug with a real team. You wanna go back to the confederation cup? fine, 2-0 lead against brazil and the idiot has them sit back and get torn apart in the 2nd half. He was as good as gone if the last day miracle didn't happen in group play. U.S. problem is they always have crappy coaches with the exception of Bruce Arena's first run with the team. Retards like Steve Sampson taking them to the world cup or Bruce Arena during the 2nd world cup. Bradleys problem was exactly that, why are you putting a c team in the gold cup anyway? Atleast make it a damn b team with a few a guys like everyone else did. Watch Mexico come back from the dead now.

I think the idea of Qatar hosting the WC with all the matches played in air conditioned indoor stadiums, is awesome.

I also think it's time for Brazil to man up and host a WC.
