Clippers win the NBA draft lottery

They're drafting Griffin. Here's management's take on the whole Clippers situation.

I vowed not to give DTS any money until they dumped Kaman and Dumbleavy, but I *might* watch games on TV again if BD and MD can bury the hatchet with their egos. I doubt it though.

So... basically... the Clips will keep this kid until he starts to blossom. Make a semi push for the playoffs, maybe even make it to the 1st round. Then trade him and other quality players, fire their coach, and make a run for the number one pick again.

Sadly, I agree. Trading down to get Rubio doesn't make any sense, but it wouldn't shock me too much if it happened.
