Thread: NBA shorter season?

The NBA practically admits that games don't matter until Xmas by not scheduling any big time games until then... why don't they just shorten the season?

Can they also just skip the first 3 periods of each game and get to the point?

I actually said that to my friend. He got mad... and since he hates hockey, he said, "Why don't they just have a shootout with the whole roster and call it a game?"

But for the NBA to admit that... lol

Then again, they're all about the money anyway. Corrupt refs intentionally making playoff series go 6-7 games for money.
