Well, they won by 20. I figured they'd win by 35+.
I did win a "bet", so to speak. Someone asked me who would be better? Oden or Bynum? Loser buys lunch.
I said Oden will get injured in his 1st game, so Bynum wins by default. Sure enough, Oden did get injured... lol

You're welcome.

They look even better than last year.
Sucks to see Oden go down, was looking forward to seeing him and Bynum battle it out tonight
Great way to kick the season off, although I'm not a fan of having Vlad Rad in the starting 5. I'd much rather see Odom or Ariza starting at the 3.
Lakers extend Bynum...
The Los Angeles Times' Mike Bresnahan reports that the Lakers and their young center have finally got into bed together: "The Lakers and Andrew Bynum have agreed in principle on a four-year contract extension worth about $58 million, keeping their center of the future in the fold through the 2012-13 season, according to sources familiar with the negotiations who would not speak publicly. Bynum, who will make $2.8 million this season, will earn close to $42 million over the first three years of his contract extension. The fourth year will be a team option for about $16 million." So, $58 million paired with a shorter deal. Good compromise, L.A.. Both sides should be happy with it. Well, as long as Bynum stays away from all low-powered motorized vehicles, of course.
Baron Davis was hands down the best player on the court last night. It's too bad for my Clippers that the 10 next best were all wearing Purple and Gold.
As long as the Lakers have Odom they'll never win the Championship.
