Imagine that. The Raiders sign another player who is nearing the end of their career and who wasn't that spectacular to begin with. Looks like another long year for Raider fans.

Seriously, the Raiders are going to suck another big one this year. Why do I have to always like the crappy teams and what's up with Al Davis and his dumpster diving quarterback signings.

The experts said the same thing about Jim Plunkett and Rich Gannon.

Signing Culpepper to this kind of deal is pretty low risk. If he sucks its only a one year committment. If he does well then Davis looks like a genius. It's not like the Raiders are going anywhere in a year anyways.

It is a vintage Raider move........... and how much success have 'vintage Raider moves' garnered them recently?
