The only reason Rutgers may get there is because they're in a garbage conference and don't play a real team until late October. Play a big boy schedule and they wouldn't finish top 25.

I don't think so, because in this case it's the teams themselves building the stadium, who want to keep their NY identity. The current Giants Stadium was a project of the state, the NJSEA, but not this one. I guess they just lack the artistic foresight that I have. :D Either that or they calcualted how much revenue the seats would bring in that fill up the corners and said **** it.
