Not to be a Debbie downer but I hope his brain gets donated to the studies about brain injuries and depression and such.

Damn I just watched his mother's speech to the press on ESPN. Not sure why the hell I did that. Don't feel like doing much of anything for the rest of this dreary day.

They speculated on the radio this morning...apparently Dave Duerson did the same thing in order that they could look at his brain. I always liked Seau, but he always seemed a little angry/high strung. Like he couldn't gear down. Imagine all the yelling going on in his head. Sad...maybe it's the only way he could find peace. R.I.P.

Is Junior Seau death part of a bigger problem?

This whole ordeal with Seau just shows that's it's not as easy as simply choosing to be happy. For many, it's much more complicated than that.
