Julius Peppers signs $16.7M Carolina Panthers tender - ESPN

This has been a wierd story from the get-go. He begged for a trade, but would not sign a tender which would have allowed the Panthers to trade him...now he signs the tender and all the spin from both sides leads me to think he wants to stay. Don't think this story is quite done yet. I personally hope he stays because the defense is better with him than without.
