    Roski wants to buy a controlling interest in an NFL team and move it to his new stadium, planned to be built near the intersection of the 57 and 60 freeways. Semcken said that Roski has a \\"handshake deal\\" with Rose Bowl officials to allow an NFL team to play in Pasadena for two seasons, until his new stadium is finished.
    OMG, the Kansas City Chiefs are moving to LA!!!

    Its a done deal. The plans are approved. I live within 5 mins of where they are building the stadium.

    The only thing holding it up is Roski's demand of part ownership or as the article says, majority ownership. The first team to do that, it is done.

    TL, AEG & Wasserman should have stood up to the Coliseum Commission. It is their fault. The Coliseum is a joke. A football stadium next to Staples would have been awesome. Instead they have that stupid parking structure and the Nokia theater.
