This was a possible destination for Walker. Seems like WSU is going another way.

This was big news up here yesterday as they had the press conference to announce him as the Wazzu coach. Interesting guy, it seemed. Kept saying he has hated purple all his life (take that U-dub!). He was very successful at EWU, where he only had one losing season in eight years.
Wonder what happens with Walker now? If he doesn't get the head coaching job at UCLA wonder if the new coach can convince him to stay? I hope so.

Norm Chow? BN is throwing a whiny ****fit about this but I'm inclined to think he's a pretty solid candidate.
Are you kidding me?? They have to realize that this would be great! Instant credibility with recruits since Chow has a track record of making college player's pro's and pro's better players. If he could convince Walker of staying and taking care of the defense I think BN would be set for quite a few years to come.
It would be awesome, at least IMO, to have two successful ex-'SC coaches. I mean we are not talking about Ted Tollner or Larry Smith here.
Harbaugh to interview at UCLA.
Not that one

Neuheisel is going to be interviewed as well--

Neither "Sneuheisel" (he was a Sigma Nu and a undergrad when I was there) nor Harbaugh are guys I want. Bring on Norm Chow or Mooch.

Neuheisel the front-runner? Surprising.
