Yes, basketball, swimming, track and field(mostly the track), boxing, baseball, soccer, and to a lesser extent wrestling all interest me.

I used to like watching track, gymnastics and swimming, but I have no desire to watch this year.

I woke up at 2AM to watch the Mens soccer game today I find the summer games far more intesting. I guess that come from not doing any winter sports

nope. used to like Boxing but not really anymore. Only Hockey and Baseball will I follow.

I don't believe anyone in the US is getting the opening ceremony live....it will be on tape delay at 7:30pm local time on the 8th.
I prefer watching sports we rarely see in the US like handball, field hockey, judo, etc.
