Swimming and the equestrian sports (showjumping only. cross country stuff is lame). One of the guys on the US team is a local guy i've competed with for years.

With the number of Olympics channels available to me on Dish Network HD (including one each specifically for basketball and soccer), it's pretty hard not to find something interesting enough to watch.
