Ok Ok. Running isn't the best term. I misspoke. I mean that they're more open to pushing the ball than Detroit or the Lakers. That's more what I was getting at. Their offense isn't as stationary as either of those two teams either.

While the team is hard nosed defensively, when you're a little bit looser on the offensive end, that tends to lead to more turnovers and longer rebounds. A center isn't going to look as good in that sort of system. Especially one who's main talent is working down low defensively.

You're a smart guy ASU, let me ask you this. Would you rather trade Kobe for WALLACE, Gordon, Hinrich, and the #9 or for PJ. BROWN (in a sign and trade), Gordon, Hinrich, and the #9? Cuz those are the names that are coming around. Personally, I'd much rather have Ben Wallace than P.J. Brown. P.J. Brown was a nice player on Charlotte many moons ago, but I'm not sure he brings the defensive intensity like Wallace does.

Or keep Kobe, try to put a package together for Kevin Garnett and take another run at it. I still say Kobe's trade value now is as high as it will ever be, but his contract muddies it a lot.

I love how nowadays players can not only "demand" a trade, but they can also say which teams they want to go to.

Yeah. I can't see ANY way the Lakers can keep him and have a productive season. He has done so much in the past three or four weeks to damage his reputation, his trade value, and his fanbase.

If it was taken at or around the May 30th media circus day, then Kobe has been thinking about leaving the Lakers for a while. To want to be in a Bulls uniform and expecting his fans to follow suit only says that this has been weighing on his mind for a while. Either that rings true or he is one really spontenous guy who likes to crap out of his mouth.

Video or not, he is only saying what has already been said. Everyone makes it a big deal that he is saying the truth. Lakers suck, Bynum should have gotten traded for Kidd and Kuptchak is a mess. Big deal.

I can't blame the guy for wanting a better team and wanting nothing else but to win but this guy is starting to look like a prick doing so.

Right there is the crux of it. There is a way to approach making a team better, and the is a way you don't do it. I think we all know which way Kobe has done it. Posting lame comments from obsessive fans on your website showing that they believe in what you say, is NOT the best way to convince the boss of your cause.
