Call tech support, or go to the tech support website and get a repair order in asap. They will send you a "coffin" for the 360 and you will send it off to Texas for a refurbished one. You can expect to wait at least 3 weeks probably more.

Be a smart Armenian and get a PS3

be sure to remove your hard drive before sending it back. If you send it in with the xbox then all your data will be toast.

Happened to me a couple weeks ago... like suggested above, fill out a repair order and play the waiting game.
