Ive been stuck on this one test for SO long...I actually am starting to think it is impossible.
I am stuck on a room with the blue goo. I put the box on the button, but I think the way out is to bounce back an forth up the walls and eventually over the wall, but I cannot do it.
I like the room where you shoot the portal on the wall that is pointing up and it shoots you through the Apreture logo after you fall from the cat walk. It took a while to figure it out, but then I realized that the logo and the exit door lined up.
Played the Co-Op for a couple hours last night, so much fun. It's a whole new dimension to the game, still requires the same puzzle-solving skills but on another level since there's double the portals. Endlessly enjoyable, A+++. Portal 2 is quickly moving up my list of favorite all-time games.
I made it to the Itch portion of the game, those transportation beams require a new way to think through a puzzle.
In all honesty, Portal 2 is probably the best game ever made. The production value, art design, animation, environments, personality and writing of the characters are as good as it gets.
I liked the light tunnels and the light bridges, very very different ways of thinking. Let me know when you get to one with 3 turrets on the right and a reversible light tunnel, I was stuck on that one forever.
If this is the one with the robots that you can see under the glass, then this is how you kind of solve it, I forgot the order.
Open a portal bridge over the pit with the robots to stop the box from ghoing through the shield thingy. Place close to the shield not close to the robots. Launch the box at the bridge. Shoot the bridge again to protect you from the robots. Jump into the pit and move the box close to tthe wall. You will have to open a portal outside of the pit and the other portal next to you and pick up the box and jump through the portal before you get shot.
i am not sure of the rest, I think I am melding two maps together now.
Beat the single player....loved basically every second of it.
Have played about 1/2 of the CoOp and also loved it.
Solid, solid game.
Good, sweet Lord this game is AMAZING.
I always end up with a certain feeling with games like this, though:
I'm a chimp in a cage. There's a banana hanging from the middle of the ceiling that's 10 feet above me. All I have in this cage is a four-foot stool, a two-foot box, and a one-foot stick.
