Thread: Attn nhl 09 ps3 club

I had my first glitcher experience tonight...Cardiac was there. Card got in the box after a fight and I shot the puck at the net and the AI scored to take the lead with a minute left. Next thing I know the game is paused...of course I click resume and the game resets into a faceoff with 5 minutes left and the score is tied at 3 again. We ended up winning it overtime which made it soooooo much sweeter, but I've never been glitched before and I think everyone should know who these guys are since this isn't too common on PS3.

Team Name: Pimps of Puck (abbreviated POP)

Known members: POH-POH-4REALDOH, Wuluwaid, IGUADUNKA.

Poh poh sent me a message after they glitched saying "haha sucks for you." then as soon as we won, I told him to **** off and his team can't even win by cheating. He replies, "We just pulled our goalie and it did that and we were laughing...you guys do the slapshot glitch blah blah blah" and I don't even know what the hell he is talking about. He also says he has two accounts, luckily I remembered playing against a Devon Setoguchi earlier in the night, just don't remember for what team. Sorry to make such a big deal, but these guys made me like cheesers a lot more lol.


On another note I got my ****ing Legend card!!! 5th guy in the whole online to get it...and it was surprising cause I didn't think my night was that great. My ratings are:

Position- A
Team Play- B
Stats- B+

Kind of weird that it didn't even average all A-'s lol. I put my upgrades into my slapshot power and accuracy, more in power though. I'm gunna change it tomorrow though cause I think my power is good enough how it was. Also into defensive awareness, didn't realize it was at 65 lol. And last I put it into agility, but I'm not sure if that'll stay. I'm gunna mess with it tomorrow. You get 5 points in each catagory btw.

It's great to hear that you guys hardly see glitchers on the PS3.

For us 360 users, we see them 50-70% of the time. It's way out of hand and EA Sports need to do something about this crap or Xbox Live. It's absoultely ridiculous. =\

hey P - remember, after you get your legend card, you don't need to stay at an A-, I would think there are a ton of people with the card, especially the guys that cheese so much would have earned it a long time ago from all the scoring that they do.

I'm at A, B-, B- right now (B overall). one thing that has been hurting me is not getting at least one point during each game that we play. that's why I like to give the puck to you lol.

its good to know that with the Palffy slapshot settings, I can get a point blank slaphot off and have a chance at scoring haha.

There have been some weird pause/reset things i've seen, it may be the glitch at work.

When we scored I knew we had won because like Palffy said there was only a minute left. Then when they paused the game the second time I knew they were trying to glitch but I was hoping it didn't work. Then the same "Wuluwaid" guy sent me a message saying we were lucky and that we suck, I sent him a message back saying he and his team were a bunch of pussies for glitching the game. He responded at the end of 3rd saying that we still sucked and we were gonna lose. I responded telling him that they were gonna need to shoot more that 9 shots if they wanted to win. He said it was there "strategy" and that they were gonna win (no imagination, keeps saying the same thing) then right after we scored the game winning goal. All said back was nice strategy, you guys KICK OUR ASS. (NO RESPONSE) Sorry but I HATE cheaters and when people talk **** to me I just like to throw it back in their face.

it probably would have been better to break into two teams...with 5 guys out there, we get a little crazy hahaha

Hmm didn't know this has happened more than once.

I'm not the type of person to take a video game seriously, but I do get frusterated with this game a lot thanks to cheesers (and now) glitchers. If they are really that pissed off that they are losing to pretty much the only team online that plays fair (us) then maybe they should step their game up rather than cheating...it didn't even work for them cause we still beat those weenies and we are winning a majority of the games against cheesers now too.

I honestly think that if everyone played a fair game, we'd be the best team in the whole league. The few times we play against non-cheesing teams, we win. We can beat cheesers too more often then not, now. Bitches.
