Thread: Batman: Arkham City

Is anyone getting this? Graphics and gameplay look amazing. Arkham Asylum was a great game so I am pretty much expecting the same in this one.

First game was amazing so yep.

I am going to get it....but probably not for a while...with BF3 coming out in a week and then Skyrim shortly after, I don't know if I have the time to take on this one too just yet...but it looks great.
and Gamespot already gave in a 9/10

Loved the first one, though thought it was a little slow at the strat. Will probably wait for GOTY edition, still finishing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, and then have to make time for Uncharted 3, Saints Row The Third and Zelda Skyward Sword. Gotta love this time of the year!

I liked the first one but damn if Harley Quinn isn't the most ANNOYING voice in gaming history. Kmart is running a $30 gaming coupon with the purchase of Arkham City. Tempted, but I am already into Forza, NHL 12 and BF3 next week.

Bought it last night. Enthralled with it. So far it's an amazing game. AR training is a bit tough at the beginning but you can get through it with patience.

I'll eventually get it through Gamefly, just like every other game coming out in this beautiful time of year (Skyrim, Zelda, MW3 [although I may buy that]). Right now I'm screaming through inFAMOUS 2, first play-through (all good, second time all bad). B:AC looks like it's going to be awesome though, and if it's even half as deep as Asylum was, it'll be fantastic (not that I have doubts)

Just came in the mail yesterday. Like what I see so far.

Loving it after around 5 hours so far. Catwoman is very cool to play as, but her first 2 eps are very short.

The 'hit LB to snap Riddler trophies onto your map' only came up after I missed around 20. D'oh!
