If it was early enough on a weeknight I might be down for a bit (before 11) or if it was on a weekend night

I only play fps games on the computer. I hate using a ****ing controller for anything other than racing/sports games.

But the game is pretty awesome.

You aren't the only one so don't worry these folks who beat the game on veteran are way ahead of me!

I'm playing through the single player mode on veteran again and I found something that makes the flashback mission a lot easier (again, did not use any weapon besides my sniper rifle. Unlike what OP says, you CAN beat it without an automatic gun). When the choppers come in you can run towards the area where the soldiers stream out of and around the corner and hide in a nook. Only a handful of enemies will rush you, and when the rescue team arrives the enemies are so distracted you can run all the way back to Price and finish the mission.

I got pretty far playing Veteran on the gamertag I gave up on, but now have to start all over again!

I tried the plane level and it was impossible! I never got really close, what is the key to finishing that level in 60 seconds?

As my friend and I discussed just yesterday, COD4 could be the best FPS ever!

What's everyone's time on the FNG practice course? I got 18.44 seconds
