Thread: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

I'm not saying I don't play the single player campaign...it's just on COD4 it went so quick it wasn't worth the money to me...until I jumped online.

COD4 was the first shooter I ever bought and played too so my learning curve was helped immensely by the SPC.

Man do I feel like a ****ing idiot...

Picked it up straight after work at 2 PM today. Been playing it until 5:30 PM when realized I was completely worn out. Online First Person Shooters can be grueling on my energy.

I then took a nap from 5:30 - 9 PM. >_< That's going to throw my schedule off-balance.

Thankfully, it's a holiday tomorrow.

I played it yesterday and I finished it on the solo easy setting. It took me about 5 hours. The story picks up where the last one dropped off. There are a lot more weapons and the graphics are pretty good. Running around the flavalas in Brazil was fun. I will play online tonight, I am looking forward to this. It also has co-op mode which the last Modern Warfare did not have.

I'm going to try playing a game online since I paid for this gold membership. Now where's that headset that came with the xbox. hmm

The online servers have been glitchy all night. I tried playing last night and was booted 4 different times from games. Kinda ticked me off to be honest

I would expect that it would happen, but it does not mean it is acceptable.

PS3 cant join with friends without logging out, logging back in, going to messages, then joining invite. What a PITA!!! WTF, infinityward, PSN, whoever, needs to fix this. Why cant I join straight from the lobby? annoying.

Anywho, thermal scope is the shiz. Can you say 18 Kill streak playing Hardcore Team Deathmatch on the Highrise?

All in all a good addition for COD's franchise.

What do you guys think of the terrorist level in campaign mode? Brutal.
